Monday (4/25) - There is no homework. Students in all classes are into the second week of observing their fragmented worms and are in the process of beginning a new activity by building ponds.
Tuesday (4/26) - No homework. We have finished building ponds and are taking our initial observations.
Wednesday (4/27) - The last of the ponds have been built. Those students that finished their ponds yesterday observed two water samples and have begun logging their observations. As other students completed their ponds, they moved on to log their observations and to begin their water samples. No homework.
Thursday (4/28) - Students have either put the final touches on their ponds or have finished the observation on their initial water samples. For homework read pages 43-45, "Excuse Me, But Your Ecosystem is in My Habitat." Answer the corresponding comprehension questions. Due Friday, 4/29. Students had the choice of taking home a Macro to Micro book or using the online book. A link to the student access page has been provided on the blog. Due to contractual rights, I cannot include the code number. If you have misplaced the code that was given you in class, please call a classmate to check if he or she might have it.
Friday (4/29) - Whew!! We have finished building the majority of the labs. We have revisited our worms, as well as, our ponds for data collection. There is no homework this weekend.
