Saturday, 12/11/10 Problems finding brochure template

Thanks to a parent having problems finding his/her brochure template in Microsoft 7 on a new computer, I have found directions to the template I hope will be easier for everyone to find. Please look under Class Handouts for those of you with older versions of Microsoft Word (ME, and XP).

Instructions:
Step 1 - Open a new word document.

Step2 - Click on the Microsoft logo (it is the equivalent of the file button) in the upper left hand corner of the screen.

Step 3 - Click on "New"and you will see a menu with the brochure option on the left side of the page. (You have the option of selecting a template that comes with the program or downloading one from Microsoft.com)

Step 4 - Under the "Template on Office Online" option, there are several templates that are available for you to select. (Click on "Brochures" and this will Microsoft.com brochures options page.)

Step 5 - Click on the brochure that best fits your need.

Step 6 - After clicking on the template, a new browser will open with an enlarged view of the template. (Click on the "download" button and your brochure will open in a new document. Name and save your document.
